#### Chapter 114: Practically a Human Typing Machine

When Robert closed the small window, Fatty Fang Xi was immediately displeased.

“Robert, you’re not being fair! If you have a good movie, share it with everyone. Normally, I’m too embarrassed to watch these kinds of videos in the studio because my sister is around. You really are a hacker master; that clip was pretty good. Since we’re in the office now, hurry up and play it. If not, at least copy it to my portable computer so I can watch it in my room at home!”

Robert’s face darkened a bit. “No way, that kind of stuff is bad for you. I can’t harm you!”

“Come on, Robert, don’t be so stingy. I must have misjudged you before!” Fang Xi was annoyed.

At this moment, Fang Nan noticed the two arguing and walked over curiously. “What are you two arguing about?”

“Nothing!” Fang Xi quickly responded with a smile, and Robert also smiled, saying, “Nothing!”

If Fang Nan found out they were watching inappropriate videos, she would definitely blow her top.

Of course, Robert didn’t really consider it an inappropriate video. He thought to himself, “This silly girl Eva, she even snuck over to China… Well, I can trace her location through her hacking attempt and go talk to her, make her go back and stay low!”

Robert glanced at Fang Xi, who had a face full of anger, as if saying, “I’m really mad at you unless you hand over the movie!” Feeling a bit irritated, Robert thought, “Is Fang Xi so angry that I should use my hacking skills to find some resources for him?”

With that thought, Robert began to operate his computer, suddenly feeling a wave of sadness. Once upon a time, his name was renowned in the hacker world, but now he was using his skills to find movie resources for someone…

What a tear-jerker!

Meanwhile, Ye Cui quickly got acquainted with the employees of X-Men Network Company.

The employees that Zuo Xiaoyou had recruited were all of high quality and had a certain respect for Professor X, making it easy for Ye Cui to earn their respect. However, there was a small issue with how they should address Ye Cui.

Zuo Xiaoyou had been running the company, and although she was nominally the president, everyone got used to calling her "boss lady." Now that Ye Cui was here, he was the actual boss, and naturally, they should call him "boss." But "boss" and "boss lady" sounded quite ambiguous together.

Fang Nan’s face turned quite unpleasant. Zuo Xiaoyou, on the other hand, seemed unaffected, looking calm and collected, which made Fang Nan even more annoyed. Ye Cui wisely pretended not to notice this small issue.

Sometimes, ignorance is bliss!

Zuo Xiaoyou’s website was impressive, with sections for game guides, discussions, and a game community. The overall style was both steady and vibrant.

Ye Cui was pleased with the website but found it a bit monotonous. He suddenly had an idea and suggested, “Let’s add a novel section. I might have some novels to post there later, which could attract more traffic!”

The novels he mentioned were, of course, written by Bai Miyun. Honestly, Ye Cui had never seen anyone who could write so much; Bai Miyun was practically a human typing machine.

A little over ten days ago, Ye Cui had given her the outline for "The Legend of the Condor Heroes," and in that short time, she had already written 200,000 words of the million-word novel. Her style couldn’t exactly match the original, but her meticulous control of the text captured the epic essence of the original story. At least, Ye Cui found it enjoyable to read.

The only thing missing was a certain historical sentiment, but considering Bai Miyun was only in her twenties and a homebody, this lack was understandable. Nonetheless, her version of "The Legend of the Condor Heroes" far surpassed other martial arts novels of this era.

According to the agreement between Ye Cui and Bai Miyun, this novel was something Ye Cui had commissioned her to write. Although the payment details weren’t clear, Ye Cui owned the copyright to the novel and had the right to decide how it was published. He planned to serialize it on the website to attract traffic. Future novels like "Battle Through the Heavens" or "Stellar Transformations" could also be produced by her.

Zuo Xiaoyou quickly agreed to Ye Cui’s suggestion to add a section, which wasn’t too difficult and could be done soon.

For this novel section, she asked Ye Cui a few more questions and then set the employees to work on it. Robert had just completed the website’s defense system, and Zuo Xiaoyou, being quite knowledgeable in this area, tested it herself, attempting to hack into the company network but finding no opportunity. She was very satisfied.

X-Men Network Company was bustling with work, while Ye Cui, Fang Nan, Fang Xi, and Robert were about to leave. It was already noon, and Ye Cui was feeling hungry, suggesting they go eat. Fang Xi and Robert whispered to each other for a bit, then decided to leave first, leaving Ye Cui and Fang Nan to have lunch by themselves.

“What were those two whispering about?” Ye Cui watched them jump into a taxi and leave, puzzled.

“Hmph, judging by their sneaky looks, it’s nothing good. I even heard them discussing some movie in the office earlier!” Fang Nan said, her face dark.

She would definitely confront those two when they got back!

“A movie?” Ye Cui’s eyes lit up. This world was different from his original one; Japan’s complete decline also meant the collapse of a certain selfless industry, making such resources hard to find online. Ye Cui hadn’t found any.

Unexpectedly, Fang Xi and Robert had been discussing such resources?

He would have to make them hand over everything when they got back!

Of course, in front of Fang Nan, Ye Cui still acted furious. “I can’t believe those two are so dirty; we must teach them a lesson!”

At that moment, Ye Cui and Fang Nan didn’t rush back, leisurely strolling around the area. The surroundings gave Ye Cui a sense of familiarity, and after thinking for a while, he remembered that the original Ye Cui had graduated from a nearby university, which was why the place felt familiar.

Suddenly, Ye Cui pointed in a direction and said, “Nan Nan, push me over there. There’s a wonton stall that makes delicious wontons.”

The wontons there indeed tasted very good.

Fang Nan naturally agreed and slowly pushed Ye Cui to the wonton stall. They each ordered a bowl, sitting at a simple yet clean table to eat.

Meanwhile, a car slowly pulled up nearby. The window rolled down, revealing a pretty face—it was Lin Xin, the manipulative green tea girl.

“Fancy running into him here! Back when I was with him, we often came here for wontons. It seems he hasn’t forgotten the taste. I’ll play the nostalgia card later; maybe I can get a few more hit songs out of him…”
