SBDSI Chapter 45: Only Worthy of Ordinary Seats

**Chapter 45: Only Worthy of Ordinary Seats** Qin Qi remained silent, casting a cold glance at the newcomer. “Fan Meili, you used to like opposing me back in school, and I’m not in the mood to deal with you today.” “I won't allow you to compare him with your boyfriend. Your boyfriend isn’t even fit to compare fingers with him.” Fan Meili burst out laughing, her expression radiating arrogance as she faced Qin Qi. “My boyfriend can't compare to him? That’s hilarious! Qin Qi, you really know how to embarrass yourself. This guy is dressed so plainly.” “He even brought you to sit in ordinary high-speed train seats; he clearly doesn't have money. How can he compare to my boyfriend?” Qin Qi gritted her teeth, visibly upset.  “My boyfriend can afford a Ferrari; he owns a Ferrari, which is much better than your boyfriend.” Her pretty face flushed crimson. Seeing Qin Qi's embarrassment, Fan Meili laughed even harder. “Just him? He can afford a Ferrari? That's too funny!” “A ...

 # Chapter 526: Damn, Did Wang Wei Steal Something from the Sharks?

That afternoon, on the balcony of the supreme VIP suite, Wu Hengjian lay on a chair, rubbing his round belly with a face full of exhaustion. He looked just like a salted fish that was too lazy to flip over. This meal had him so stuffed that he didn't want to eat fish for the next six months. Just the sight of fish made him want to throw up. Being on a cruise ship but not wanting to eat fish anymore, he started worrying about the rest of the trip. Damn it, Ye Xiu, you're ruthless. Just wait, there's still several days left on this cruise. I refuse to believe I can't beat you at something! When the time comes, you'll know what it's like to not want to eat fish for half a year!

While Wu Hengjian was furiously ranting in his mind, the balcony next door started emitting delicious smells. A family of three was having a warm barbecue. A little girl looked at the fish grilling on the rack, her eyes shining with anticipation. "Daddy, is it ready? Can I eat it?"

"Of course, here, try Daddy's cooking," her father replied.

The little girl immediately took a bite and looked blissful. "Wow! It's delicious!"

Next door, Wu Hengjian squatted on the ground, holding a plastic bag and vomiting profusely. The family was stunned, especially when Wu Hengjian would look at them after a bout of vomiting, then continue retching.

The little girl, confused, sniffed the grilled fish in her hand and handed it to her father. "Daddy, does this fish smell good?"

"Of course, it's freshly caught fish," he replied.

"But why does that uncle look at my fish and then throw up?" she asked.

Her father thought for a moment. "Maybe he's craving it? Never mind him, let's keep eating."

The little girl was puzzled: Craving it? Craving it to the point of vomiting?

Next door, Wu Hengjian had collapsed on the ground, his face pale. Lying on the deck, he was almost in tears, nearly breaking down: Ye Xiu! This isn't over!

...

On the deck, Ye Xiu was leisurely sunbathing when his nose itched. "Achoo!" He frowned and rubbed his nose. "Who’s thinking about me?"

Liu Wenyue smiled but said nothing. Just then, a young man in a work uniform hurried over and spoke with Liu Wenyue. Her face changed slightly, and she turned to Ye Xiu. "Boss, there's trouble on the ship."

Ye Xiu instantly stood up, eyes sparkling with excitement. "Finally, some action. I was getting bored."

The staff member and Liu Wenyue were both puzzled. "Let’s go, talk while we walk!" Ye Xiu said, turning and leaving with the staff member following closely behind.

As the staff member explained, Ye Xiu learned that someone in the dining hall had their belongings stolen and caught the thief in the act, who still refused to admit it. The two sides had started fighting. Hearing this, Ye Xiu's face showed a slightly excited smile.

The reason was simple. Although this cruise trip was free, it was also a setup. The places on the cruise were randomly drawn from online reservations. Passengers were not asked about their profession, background, or history. In other words, as long as you were a person and got selected, you could board.

This approach gave some ordinary families a chance to board the cruise, but it also meant some with questionable backgrounds could sneak on. A seven-day cruise might seem short, but anything could happen on the way. This opportunity was perfect for those looking to make a quick score. Who knew they might encounter a few rich people and get away with something valuable, ensuring a lifetime of comfort?

Ye Xiu hoped there were many such people. He wished every shady character in the city had boarded, giving him a chance to rake in... no, to catch them all in one go and bring peace to the city.

With excitement, Ye Xiu followed the staff member to the dining hall, where two young men were shoving and accusing each other, surrounded by onlookers. The staff explained that the one in black was Wang Wei, about twenty-three or twenty-four years old, and the one with glasses was Liu Bin. From a distance, Ye Xiu could hear their argument. Wang Wei was aggressive, yelling, "Don't force me to get physical! Let go!"

Liu Bin countered, "If I let go, you'll run! Give me back my watch!"

Wang Wei retorted, "What does your missing watch have to do with me?"

Liu Bin insisted, "You took it. The Patek Philippe on your wrist is mine! Give it back!"

The crowd gasped. "Whoa, a Patek Philippe watch? This guy stole it and is brazenly wearing it?"

"Who knows if it's true? Maybe it's really his."

"I don't know. I won't speculate. Let's quietly watch the drama."

The two kept arguing intensely. Ye Xiu quietly squeezed to the front, blending in with the spectators. "Whose watch is it?" he asked.

Wang Wei declared, "Need you ask? It's mine! This guy's gone crazy."

Liu Bin argued, "It's mine! He's lying!"

An onlooker suggested, "We don't know and we won't ask too much, but I've got a suggestion. How about arm wrestling? Winner gets the watch."

The crowd laughed. Wang Wei, aggressive, yelled, "Let go!"

Liu Bin, scared but stubborn, held on. "Give me back my watch!"

"You're asking for it!" Wang Wei snarled and raised a fist.

Liu Bin, looking scholarly, clearly wasn't cut out for fighting. Seeing this, Ye Xiu quickly intervened. "I have an idea."

Wang Wei paused his action. Ye Xiu continued, "On such a big cruise ship, the surveillance equipment must be very thorough. I think we should check the footage to see who's lying. Surely no one is unaware there's surveillance on the ship, right? Surely not?"

Both men’s faces were scrutinized. Liu Bin's eyes lit up. "Oh, right, there's surveillance on the ship! Let's check the footage!"

Wang Wei's face darkened, his eyes darting around before he cursed, "Check your mom!" He shoved Liu Bin aside and bolted out of the dining hall, running at top speed.

A clear sign of a seasoned criminal. Liu Bin, panicked, shouted, "Security, stop him!"

The security guards immediately gave chase. "Let's go, let’s see what happens."

"Wow, the young man’s fast. Running pretty quickly!"

"Unfortunately, he wasn’t quick enough. Caught red-handed, this is bad for him."

"Yeah, the ship’s at sea. If he’s caught, he can’t escape unless he jumps into the sea."

The onlookers were chatting when suddenly, someone shouted, "Someone jumped into the sea!"

Everyone was startled and looked at the last person who spoke (Ye Xiu): Dude, do you have a prophetic mouth?

"Let's go, let's see." This is a juicy story; they had to follow.

The onlookers rushed to the deck and looked out at the sea, seeing a young man swimming towards a small yacht tethered nearby. Clearly, he planned to escape on it. Liu Bin, seeing this, shouted in panic, "Stop him, don't let him get away!"

"Don’t worry, he won’t escape," someone said.

Liu Bin turned to see a handsome Ye Xiu. Liu Bin instinctively asked, "Do you have a plan?"

Ye Xiu smiled, "Of course."

Ye Xiu shouted towards the sea, "Stop that man!"

Liu Bin: ???

He looked at the choppy sea, then back at Ye Xiu’s confident smile. Liu Bin’s eyes were full of questions: Is this guy crazy? Who’s he shouting at?

But soon, he was stunned. Not just him, but the onlookers were also stunned.

"Whoa, look at that!?"

"What’s that? It’s huge and black!"

"Whoa, is that a shark?"

A shark, about seven or eight meters long, surfaced, its tail wagging towards Ye Xiu before excitedly chasing Wang Wei. Liu Bin on the deck looked at the shark, then at Ye Xiu: (⊙0⊙)!

He had an inexplicable feeling that this shark was summoned by Ye Xiu. This can’t be real, right?

...

Elsewhere, Wang Wei was cursing non-stop as he climbed onto the small yacht. "Damn it, what a shitty day! Bad luck from the start! Just stole a watch and got caught. Too bad, this was such a great opportunity!"

Wang Wei, a thief with multiple theft convictions, had resumed his old habits after being released from prison. With years of experience, he had become highly skilled, almost always succeeding in his thefts.

Being selected for the cruise had thrilled him. He expected to encounter wealthy individuals, thinking he could score a couple of valuable items and retire. Surveillance cameras were everywhere, but he couldn’t stop living and working. He had come prepared, with plenty of counterfeit items to use in a switch.

He had just swapped the real watch for a fake one when he was caught. Frustrated, he yelled and cursed. "Damn, such bad luck! But at least I got this watch. Not a total loss!" Wang Wei looked at the Patek Philippe on his wrist, grinning. He recognized the brand; it was worth at least a million. Not a bad haul!

"Kill him!!!" The furious roar from the cruise ship interrupted his thoughts.

Wang Wei laughed. "

Lost your mind, huh? Kill me? Are you a dog?" He flipped the bird at them. ┌П┐(►˛◄’!)

Then he saw a black dorsal fin rapidly approaching. Damn! Wang Wei’s middle finger instantly curled. ⊙▃⊙

Holy crap! A shark!!!?

Without hesitation, he started the yacht and sped away. But it wasn’t over. Behind the pursuing shark, a dozen more sharks followed, all heading towards Wang Wei. The onlookers on the cruise were terrified. Goodness, did Wang Wei steal something from the sharks?

On the deck, Ye Xiu smiled and ordered, "Follow him."
