**Chapter 75: This Is a Bold Attempt!**

"Old Thief, what do you think of their games?" Ivan, sitting next to Ye Feng with Carter on his other side, whispered.

After Sony's presenter finished speaking, their game producer took the stage to introduce the upcoming games, with the large multimedia screen behind them starting to play new game trailers.

In the high-definition footage, even the hair was incredibly detailed, and the sparks seemed to fly out of the screen.

Purely in terms of visuals, they were second to none.

"Pretty impressive," Ye Feng nodded.

The overlord of the otherworld gaming circle naturally had its own tricks.

Hearing Ye Feng's praise, both Ivan and Carter looked a bit dejected. If even Old Thief praised the games, they must be fantastic, right?

What could they do now?

At the same time, sighs came from both sides of Ye Feng.

He was puzzled. Why were these two sighing?

Sony was well-prepared, releasing one exciting game trailer after another, each drawing cheers from the audience.

Most importantly, they announced the remastering of a game that had been wildly popular ten years ago. The game's graphics and mechanics had become outdated, and its fans had long been yearning for its return.

This time, with the launch of their next-gen console, they would release the remastered version of that game simultaneously.

Seeing this, Ivan felt even worse.

Old Thief, despite his best efforts, was just one person, and there was only one Sprout Studio in the world.

Ivan sneaked a glance at Old Thief,

If only Old Thief could clone himself, he thought, so he could make more games.

Ye Feng felt a strange gaze on him and couldn't help but turn his head, "What's up?"

"Nothing," Ivan quickly shook his head.

Weird...

Why did it feel like someone was staring at him strangely?

Ye Feng turned back to the large multimedia screen, watching the trailers. In terms of graphics, there was little difference between the two consoles.

But doesn't that make it more challenging?

After Sony's presentation, the host returned to the stage, "Judging by everyone's reactions, Sony's new offerings are highly anticipated."

"What excites me the most is the remastering of several games. That's truly a pleasant surprise!"

...

"Shameless," Ivan muttered quietly, feeling helpless. They had considered remastering and releasing some old popular games, enhancing the graphics to attract players again.

This is a common strategy. Great games often become lifelong regrets for players due to issues like graphics.

When we have better equipment and technology, can't we perfect them?

This is a question all gamers have pondered.

Remastering fulfills everyone's wishes.

"It's our turn. I'll go up first," Ivan said, patting Ye Feng's shoulder and heading backstage with him.

Since it was the Xbox presentation, Ivan had to first talk about the console and then hand over the stage to Ye Feng to announce the games.

"I'm glad to see you all. I know what you're waiting for, so I won't take up too much time," Ivan joked.

The audience burst into laughter.

Ivan didn't mind. This stage was meant for Ye Feng.

"This time, our console has also made next-gen enhancements, offering new-era performance, speed, and capabilities."

"We'll have over thirty games launching on the Xbox console, each enhanced for Xbox."

"Of course, besides our games, we've also collaborated with the best studios in the world, including Old Thief's upcoming game."

"The next segment will be very exciting, with Old Thief introducing the games coming to the console. This will be a true new-era experience," Ivan said, quickly running offstage.

"It's all yours," he said seriously, looking into Ye Feng's eyes.

Ye Feng nodded and walked up to the stage.

As soon as he stepped on stage, thunderous applause and cheers erupted from the audience, with camera flashes constantly going off.

"We're glad you enjoy our games."

"Today, I'm bringing you the second trailer for *Bloodborne*, along with its release date and price." He stepped back, and the large screen behind him darkened.

Night fell, and a figure wrapped in a cloak appeared on the street, hunting crazed monsters with a sharp scimitar.

At the edge of the city, by Moon Lake, separated from the city center by a vast forbidden forest.

The people in the scene were engrossed in research and accidentally discovered the peculiar effect of blood in relieving nervous tension. A person, anesthetized, was placed on an operating table like livestock, ready to be butchered.

The protagonist, wielding a saw cleaver, became violent, irritable, and increasingly inhuman.

He seemed always clear-headed, yet always like a beast.

The background music's rhythm escalated with the splattering blood, with deep saxophones and ancient bells playing.

Female altos and sopranos sang in harmony, with the monsters' roars and screams piercingly clear.

The city in the scene seemed like an urban legend, a story about severely ill patients turning into beasts under the moonlight. On the dark streets, in unknown corners, people claimed to have seen beast-like hairy figures.

Soon, people realized these tales were not just myths but actually happening in the city.

Just from the visuals, one could feel the citizens' fear and despair in the face of this beastly plague.

At the end of the video, the screen darkened, and blood-stained white letters appeared.

【Bloodborne】

"The game will officially release at 20:00 in seven days. However, this time, I want to make a bold attempt. Starting now, you can pre-order and pre-download the game."

Ivan and Carter clenched their fists. This was a bold attempt, as it meant the game's sales numbers would be laid bare before the official release.

Pre-orders were unprecedented.

Especially after Sony's major announcements, it could easily become a joke.

There were too many games people wanted to buy.

Yinzi was stunned, then quickly opened the gaming platform. Indeed, a new game had appeared.

*Bloodborne*, pre-orders started!

There’s one more chapter, which will be a bit late. Read it in the morning. Today I saw a big shot's reward. Since I'm on a different channel, it didn’t show up in the background. Remind me next time, and I'll add an extra chapter for the big shot.

This time, I'll add two chapters together and catch up within seven days.
