"Hey handsome, here to check out some houses?"


"Why else would I be here if not to check out houses?"


Chang Le didn't lose himself in her smile because she was too heavily made up, with too much perfume that was somewhat overpowering.


He explained his purpose and specifically requested to see the 460-square-meter large unit.


A 460-square-meter flat?


The saleswoman wasn't sure if Chang Le was a potential customer or what his purchasing power was, but with her excellent sales skills, she warmly guided him.
