"Ah, so you're the senior!"
This 'senior' deliberately elongated the last syllable, giving it an extra touch of ambiguity.
Gao Qilan blushed and hurriedly explained, "It's not what you think. I met the senior at the school gate, and he came to help me when he saw me carrying so much luggage!"
Her roommates nodded in understanding, "Got it, got it!"
Seeing their ambiguous glances shifting between them, it was hard to believe they truly understood.
Gao Qilan glanced at An Xin instinctively.
As young girls experiencing their first crushes, how could they not understand what their roommates meant?
But, how could she have been peeping at someone as good as this senior?
Thinking of this, a sense of inferiority surged up within her again.
"I'm not a senior either, I'm a freshman like you. You guys are in Class 1, I'm in Class 3."
An Xin intervened, taking the opportunity to bring Gao Qilan's luggage into the dormitory.
Gao Qilan's face turned even redder, realizing they were in the same year. She had just been calling him 'senior' moments ago.
This was a four-person dorm, and Gao Qilan arrived last, so only the upper bunk was left.
"Need help with that?"
Gao Qilan shook her head quickly, "I can manage on my own. By the way, how should I address you?"
"I'm An Xin. Just call me by my name," An Xin replied amiably.
"An Xin-ge!"
Gao Qilan followed suit, and her roommates immediately chimed in, "An Xin-ge!"
After saying this, they all burst into laughter.
If someone as handsome as this guy was offering to treat them to dinner, there was no reason to refuse, right? The girls huddled together, agreeing enthusiastically.
"Alright, it's settled then!"
Having helped them out, An Xin decided it was time to leave.
"I'll leave now."
After taking care of things there, An Xin returned to the dormitory where he had spent four years of his college life, Room 603!
An Xin's dorm was in the old campus area, with no elevator. He had to climb six floors each time.
However, with his strengthened body from the system, climbing six flights of stairs was a breeze, and he hardly felt out of breath.
Looking at the familiar room number, he couldn't help but feel moved.
Inside were the three familiar faces.
They still seemed a bit reserved at the moment, as everyone was new and didn't know each other's personalities and habits yet.
They were all busy unpacking their belongings.
When they heard the door opening, three pairs of eyes turned to look at him, then focused on An Xin. The guy on the upper bunk, leaning against the wall, smiled and greeted him.
"Hello, I'm Ye An!"
"An Xin."
Ye An was known in their class as a social butterfly, able to strike up a conversation with anyone and had a good reputation around campus.
After graduation, they occasionally kept in touch, and An Xin knew he had become a manager at a big company, earning a six-figure salary.
"Li Tao."
The guy on the lower bunk, a dark-skinned fellow named Li Tao, muttered quietly.
Li Tao was An Xin's best friend in his previous life, and even after graduation, they still went out for drinks and chats together.
"Lin Chen."
After the other two had introduced themselves, Lin Chen, the roommate beneath Ye An, awkwardly waved at An Xin.
If Ye An was a typical social butterfly, then Lin Chen was the epitome of social anxiety.
But over the four years of college, he had gradually become more outgoing, thanks to the influence of the other three, and they had skipped class together many times.
"I'm organizing a gathering tonight. How about we all go out for a drink? After all, we're going to be roommates for the next four years, so it's a good idea to get to know each other!"
Ye An had already finished packing, and seeing everyone gathered, he made the decision.
"I can't make it. I made plans with some younger students. We're going out to dinner tonight."

Ye An widened his eyes, rubbing his chin.
"They were just calling me a social butterfly over there. I don't see anything scary about you. At least I haven't met a girl since school started!"
Ye An clicked his tongue.
"Don't worry, there will be plenty of opportunities in the future."
An Xin teased.
Ye An was a notorious playboy, changing girlfriends more often than clothes, and every one of them was a beauty. It made his eyes sore.
After chatting for a while, An Xin finished unpacking and lay down on the bed, ready to rest.
Just then, the system's voice sounded again.

These two lines appeared before An Xin's eyes. How could he miss out on a chance to win a prize like this? He immediately clicked 'yes.'
The roulette wheel started spinning rapidly, then finally stopped on a golden light.
